Have you cleaned your Impulse lately?
You should clean it once a week!

If your Impulse is unusually noisy or if your sled "jumps" around you have build up! Follow these simple instructions and you should notice an immediate reduction in noise and a smoother-moving sled.

DO NOT USE WATER OR A WATER BASE CLEANER
ON THE GUIDE RAILS OR SLED WHEELS!
  • Clean the guide rails (the long, white, plastic inserts the sled wheels ride on) with a clean dry cloth one a week.
  • Clean the sled wheels also with a clean dry cloth once a week. If you have not cleaned your wheels or guide rails for an extended period of time, give particular attention to the wheels. The wheels will probably have a build up of dust and grime caked on them creating a bumpy sled ride.
  • The sled wheels are lubricated for life. You do not need to oil the wheels or the rails.
  • Clean the frame as needed with any of the popular cleaners on the market.
